The application was developed to make booking easier for the many customers that have smart phones. It should not only make it easier to book in advance but also reduce the queues at the ticket office at the time of travel. The app will also allow customers to see if there are any disruptions to journeys and they have their own profile page where they can put in seat preferences and things like that.
